February Tech Tip – ZipLogix Digital Ink

Digital link

Digital signatures are now free as a GLVAR member benefit.

Developed by the creators of zipForm® 6, zipLogix Digital Ink® ensures that all document data and the digital signature are protected throughout the entire “signed, sealed and delivered” online process. Digital signatures permanently secure the identity of signers and the document’s content. The signer’s digital identity is referenced within the digital signature at the time of signing. Once a document has been signed, its integrity is permanently protected; any attempt at changing the data or tampering with the signature(s) would automatically and visibly invalidate the document.

If you’re a member of GLVAR and you use ZipForms it’s free and included right in your ZipForm dashboard.

Researching the monthly Tech Tip isn’t always about what’s the newest and greatest piece of technology. Sometimes it is about finding something we never even knew existed. That’s exactly what happened this month. The National Association of REALTORS provides us the many member benefits. They generate reports and create articles and materials basically doing a lot of the leg work we are too busy to being doing ourselves. All of these are found in one great place…the library.

REALTOR.org/library is an agent’s greatest resource. Find market statistics, the latest in NAR research, and even archived materials to help enhance your business and set you apart from your competition.
